Add feature to save posts

Many neighbors share helpful posts which easily get lost as more people post. With this said, it would be extremely beneficial to the ring community for users to be able to use a “save posts” feature in which we can refer back to. Many platforms now have this feature and it’s a great way to refer back and see what neighbors have replied on other peoples post.
