Ring site not support Tesla 2023 browser ( no streaming video )

Hi I have a new Tesla Model Y 2023, if i open browser from internal display, login in ring site, work fine, but if i click on live view on my cams ( 6 different cams ) streaming video don't start, ( show a box with buttons but no video ). Are there any workaround ?

Hi @MauroBotta. I'm not sure what type of internet browser is on a Tesla, but Live View from Ring.com is only supported in certain browsers. You can find a table displaying compatible web browsers in [this](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208144516-Using-Live-View) Help Center article. If the web browser on your Tesla is not a compatible browser with the appropriate version, you will likely run into problems trying to access the Live View.
