Neighbors tile gone from Ring app in iOS

My wife and I both have iPhones and the Neighbors tile on the ring app went away. The app has neighbors enabled and have already power cycled my phone, removed and re-installed the app, downloaded the neighbors app and created a sign-in with a different email and it still will not work on our iPhones. It works on my daughters Android phone with our log-in, same on the PC, just not on our iPhones.

Hi @user_cabb38. What version of the Ring app is installed on your iPhone? Also, what type of iPhone and what OS version is installed? I have Ring app version 5.76.0 installed and my Neighbors app tile is still present on my Ring app dashboard.
