Neighbors not loading

Neighbors part of the Ring app won’t load. Just keeps saying “Error Loading Content.” Tried rebooting my phone, the app, and checked for updates. Also tried the Neighbors app. No dice. Very inconvenient as I was following an incident that was actively occurring in my neighborhood and now I have no way to check in on it for updates.
