Missing feature - Getting emergency alerts in Do Not Disturb mode

why did Ring send me an email promoting “Getting emergency alerts in Do Not Disturb mode”, when this feature isn’t available and Ring hasn’t updated the app in the past 5 days? Literally this options isn’t available. I loath KB’s that have incorrect info. Please fix ASAP!

**Hi @dcb! If you have an IOS device** , you will need to allow the Ring app to send critical alerts from the native IOS model. This will display when you view Emergency Alerts in the New Features menu in addition to tapping "Change Device Settings" in your Alarm Alert push notification settings. Accepting or allowing this feature will result in you seeing the proper screen mention in our [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039406772-Getting-emergency-alerts-in-Do-Not-Disturb-mode).
