Activating device problem

My Spotcam battery operated Wi-fi connected has a clean bill of health with charged battery and good wife but when I go to live view it eventually comes up with the message streaming error! I have checked all settings etc and read troubleshooting but wonder if it is an App problem. Any suggestions?

    Hi @RamboRoger. What is the [RSSI](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Understanding-RSSI-Values-and-Wireless-Signal-Strength) for your device? Have you ensured you have your router properly configured to handle the Live Viewing? Sometimes the Live View can have a streaming error when the [ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) have not been adjusted on the router. After ensuring with your ISP that your router is configured with the proper ports and protocols as listed in that article, please let me know what your RSSI is so we can dive deeper into this!

      Thank you very much for your reply to my query. Since posting support has acknowledged that there is a processor problem in my Cam and have replaced Spotlight Cam.
