Smoke Alarm Listener AD
false-alarm
Randomly this evening our Smoke Detector Listener fired off for no reason. The smoke alarm beside it made no noise. Our son was playing on the Oculus and the game does have an alarm sound but it wasn't on any external speakers and he was over 10' away. Anyone else have the listener accidentally discharge?

Hi @The2Baughers. You could try factory resetting the Smoke and CO Listener and setting it back up in the Ring App just to make sure everything is working correctly. To reset your Smoke and CO Listener, hold down the test button for at least 10 seconds. After that, you'll just want to set it back up in the Ring App. If you run into this concern again, you can reach out to our support team about it at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
