New Gen 2 Motion Detector

Does anyone know what the lowest operating temperature for Gen 2 motion detectors is? I want to place them in a large garage with outside winter temps going as low as 15 degrees.

    Hey @Marksman. The lowest operating temperature for the 2nd Generation of Ring Alarm Motion Detectors is 32F (0°C). If your garage gets to 15F, I recommend to not use a motion detector. We also advise against motion detectors in the garage as the devices are meant to be inside the home, normal temperature of a home, and with no signal interference as you may get out in a garage. Hope this helps!
