Feature Request: Separate Arm Zones

Hello. I used to have an alarm system with ADT where I could have different zones for arming. I have been surprised to find I cannot do this with Ring. For instance, If I am home and going to bed for the night, I generally don't want to arm "stay". That's going to result in a lot of false alarms in the morning when I let the dog out in the yard or if I open a window in the morning. But at night, I do want the sensors in my detached garage armed. If anyone opens my garage, or if motion is detected in my garage, while I'm sleeping inside my house, I want the alarm to trigger immediately. So I want those sensors in a separate arm zone from the main house. As another example, I live in a single-family home, but in an in-law unit. My wife lives upstairs and I live downstairs in the finished basement. They're not exactly separate apartments, but sometimes we'd like to arm sensors "away" in one unit and not the other. Sometimes we'd like to arm all sensors, upstairs and downstairs. Right now, we can only arm everything, or nothing. Please add support for multiple arm zones at the same location.
