Entryway keypad low battery message
troubleshooting
I keep getting message that entryway keypad battery low but it doesn’t even have a battery that I’m aware of. It’s plugged in and stays plugged in.

Hi @user_ee2814. The Ring Alarm Keypad does have an internal rechargeable battery. It will stay charged as long as you keep the adapter it came with plugged into a wall outlet. If you have noticed it saying the battery is low, try making sure the outlet it's plugged into still works, and also make sure the adapter is plugged into the Keypad all the way. If you have checked these two things and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
