Entry delay bug?

Hi, I’m having an issue with entry delay on my alarm. My front door sensor is set as a main door with 30 seconds delay. I sometimes open the door with a “manual over ride” as prompted by the panel. This is what causes the issue. When I get home I open the door with no prompt to enter code to disarm. If set with all doors closed initially it prompts me fine. I set it off manually by opening the back door. This is really annoying any help much appreciated.
