Alarm Pro: Audible "Countdown" during entry delay?

New Alarm Pro installation, with multiple keypads near entry doors. Currently I don't think the keypads or base station make an *audible* notification that there is a entry delay countdown going on. There is a linear red LED line that seems to gradually get smaller and smaller, but nothing audible to alert you that system has been "tripped" and needs to be disarmed ASAP, similar to every other alarm system on earth. Is this buried in a settings menu somewhere?

Hi @user47970. There is a tone that plays from Base Station Pro and the Keypad when the system is doing its Entry Delay. Make sure you have the [Base Station Pro audio](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404570435604-Alarm-Pro-Base-Station-Setup-and-Use) set all the way up or at any other level besides the minimum. The same applies to the Keypads.
