useless product and useless help
I"ve had two ring products over the last several years and have done everything to correct issues with no help from ring...my front doorbell keeps going offline almost daily for the last 5 years.....I've called support and they tell me my ring doorbell is defective and want to sell me another one at a discounted price.....the backyard stick up cam is also useless.... the bracket that holds the camera broke the very first day when I took it down to recharge......ring wanted to sell me a new unit because they didn"t make that type of bracket any more.....totally useless......I am very unhappy with ring....they don"t care.....expensive cameras and they don"t work......will report this to the bbb......so far this product has been proven to be useless.

Hi @user_d19d8b. If your Ring Doorbell is disconnecting from wifi daily, it is likely due to a weak or unstable signal. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page in the Ring app? This is an indication of how strong the signal to your doorbell is. Regarding the bracket for your Stick Up Cam, we unfortunately cannot assist with replacement parts or devices. You can contact our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram to look into the warranty and see what options are available.
