Hi,I am having a bit of trouble reconnecting my Chime to my network using the Ring app (Android) - I have had the Chime for a while and it had always worked fine but stopped connecting so my thought was to remove the device and set it up again (it was very easy the first time!).I am essentially getting stuck in a loop at the end of step 9 of Ring's 'how to set up a Chime' guide [https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001773546-Setting-Up-Your-Ring-Chime-in-the-Ring-App ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001773546-Setting-Up-Your-Ring-Chime-in-the-Ring-App)- I get as far as selecting the Chime Wi-Fi network, and when I return to the app from my Wi-Fi settings it immediately sends me back to the 'Is the light on the front of your Chime pulsing slowly?' screen with no other message, no matter how many times I try.Any help would be greatly appreciated here!

    My chime unit is plugged in and I have reset the router and unplugged the unit and put in another socket - when I switch the power on the light turns on very briefly blue/green and then goes off. I cannot get it to light up. I have then gone to the app and told it I have a new password on the WiFi (which I haven’t) and pressed the reset button for 15 seconds. The light still doesn’t come on. The chime has been working all the time since we got the Ring doorbell but has just stopped working. We have not had any power cuts. What should I try next?

      Hi @Wilkie. It sounds like you've run through the basic troubleshooting steps I would have recommended, including trying a different outlet and resetting the Chime. Since it is still not responding after trying these steps, I would recommend contacting our support team to have them take a more in-depth look at your Chime.
