Solar charger

I recently installed a solar charger on my Ring doorbell. It doesn’t seem to be working, and I’m not sure what I did wrong. Are there settings that I need to change?

    Read through the forum, it doesn't seem to be working for anyone, including myself, and their suggestion doesn't work either, just copied and pasted between posts, they want you to call them, I/m not sure why they don't just post what they are doing when you call.

      Mine doesn't charge it it seems to drain more then anything it like 2 or 3 weeks on the regular mount and a week on the solar mount idk what's wrong it gets morning sun to faces east
