Ring Intercom 🔔 false notification when unlocking the door.

Just a few weeks I have experienced an issue with notifications, when I unlock the house door from the Ring app I’m receiving two notifications:1. 🔔 Someone is at your Front Entrance2. Your Front Entrance was used to unlock the entrance. Also I’m getting the 1st notification when my neighbors are unlocking the entrance door from their apartment's handset, which are not installed with Ring device…In case if the door is unlocked by myself from the App - In event History I have two logs: 1. Missed Call and 2. Door unlocked by You.In case if the door was unlocked by neighbors I have a Missed call event only in History.In both cases my original wall Elvox intercom handset bell doesn’t ring. Before it was working correctly but recently the issue started.This fake ring alert is really annoying as I’m always thinking that someone is ringing my apartment through the entrance door…Please help to figure this out.
