Ring Doorbell (Gen2) - Autostart Live view (Motion detection)

Push alerts are recieved for both Doorbell Button push and Motion detection alerts on all my devices and yet when I configure Echo Show 5 to autostart the Doorbell Live View than command Alexa to 'Show Front Doorbell' I am only able to autostart who's at the door. I've called both Ring Support and the Echo team at Amazon but one plays me off against the other. Ring support: Does the Ring Doorbell Gen2 software allow Notifications to autostart as it does the Doorbell? If not, why not? Echo Support: Is there some software that needs tweaking on the Show 5 to repeat the same autostart function for Motion Detection alerts? It's surely just a copy and paste function?
