Ring chime stuck on solid green light

I am experiencing an issue with setting up my Ring Chime device. The setup process seems to be stuck, and the device continuously shows a solid green light, indicating that it might not be functioning correctly. I've tried the basic troubleshooting steps recommended in the manual, but the problem persists. Could someone please advise on the next steps? Whether it involves replacing the product or any other support to resolve the issue.

Hi @user_3b29bd. Plug the chime into a working power outlet within range of your wifi router, then hold down the button on the side for about 15 seconds to reset the Chime. Once the reset is complete, walk through the setup process in the Ring app under Set Up a Device. The setup process should prompt you to put the Chime into setup mode in order to connect it to your wifi network. If the Chime is still unresponsive and is stuck with a green light, our support team can take a closer look.
