Ring chime pro

My new ring chime pro connects to the internet but then tells me its encountered a problem & to try again. It ends up with an orange light on & nit connecting to the internet. Ive reset the button & all goes back to correct flashing blue light, then still won't connect. Ive reset my internet and done everything it suggests. Still nit able to connect. Any ideas please? Or is it a faulty chime?
