Ring Chime (2nd Gen) - Red Light during Chime set up
troubleshooting
Ring Chime (Gen 2) has been working and then just stopped showing Offline in the App (Chime was flashing Blue). Other Ring Devices working okay and no network changes Have tried to reconnect several times, removed device and tried to reconnect but the Red Light comes on during the connection process. Any hints/tips or is the Chime faulty?

Hi @user_da33ae. Have there been any changes to your wifi network recently? A red light on the Chime during the connection process indicates that there is no wifi connection. Verify that you have the correct network name and password before attempting the setup process in the Ring app.
