Mailbox sensor going offline frequently
troubleshooting
I setup my ring sensor with external antenna and it works well for a few weeks. It then goes offline and I have to remove and reinstall the sensor. Any suggestions on how to prevent it from going offline?

Hi @Jgoldsti. I recommend making sure your Mailbox Sensor has a good signal strength. You can find this information in your Sensors Device Health. If it's good and still disconnecting, give our support team a call for further assistance.
