Chime won’t connect to WiFi

I changed to a new internet provider yesterday and my doorbell has connected fine but my chime won’t connect when I go to click setup it just says “unable to join the network ring setup”. I’ve got the Brsk white router model number EX820v. Can anyone help? I’ve tried making it so the 2.4 and 5ghz networks are separate but even that isn’t allowing me to connect I’m not sure if I need to change something in the settings. I’ve also tried setting it up on both IOS and Android but again still get the same message
