Chime Pro won't connect to Wifi
My chime was working fine until it was unplugged a few weeks ago. When plugged back in it continually flashed blue. I restarted the set up by scanning the QR code, holding the side button in for 5 seconds which made the light flash green. I connected to the chime and then selected my Wifi. The chime started connecting and flashing blue again but every time it gets to around 80% connected (which takes a while) the chime light goes red and the set up fails when it reaches the end. I have tried this set up on 2 different phones and an iPad and have restarted the router and removed the chime from my ring account to try again but same result.

Hi @user54882. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. I would also recommend factory resetting your Chime Pro and then trying to reconnect it. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. If you have tried this step and the Chime Pro is still not connecting to your wifi, give our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406#store-opening-hours) a call for further assistance.
