Chime 2nd gen not chiming
I have a 2nd gen chime connected to a ring battery video doorbell(2024). Device health shows the chime as all good. I can test the device and can clearly hear it. It’s connected. Not silenced. And notifications are set to chime if someone rings the doorbell. It did work earlier today but now it won’t make a sound when I press the doorbell. Any ideas. Has been switched off and on again and loved plug socket but with everything appearing to be okay and linked why isn’t it ringing.

I’m having similar issue where my stick up cam is not playing an alert on the chime 2nd gen (I have a chime pro in hall and it chimes in that though). I tried removing both camera and chime then reinstalling, but still nothing. I even called ring but the guy was practically hopeless, this is not good enough as these things cost money, then there’s the monthly charge on top! Not happy at all 😡
