Chime 2nd don't work after update on first installation
troubleshooting

Hello! My Chime 2nd Gen has filed after update on first installation. Lights blue one moment when I turn on power and nothing after. I have tried resetting by the pressing a button (15 sec. and 30 sec.) but it didn't help me.

    Hi @user_4c5b07. Resetting the Chime by holding down the setup button is the main troubleshooting step to take. If you've done this, and you're still unable to complete a new setup in the Ring app with the steps under Set Up a Device, the next step is to contact our support team.
