Hi @Bampah. Did you remove the Chime before removing the Doorbell? If possible, try re-adding the Doorbell to see if you can then remove the Chime before removing the Doorbell. If that's not possible, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). They can take a deeper look at this and help you get this concern taken care of so the new owner can set up both the Doorbell and the Chime.
