Can no longer Connect to my Ring App Via Century Link was going to change to Xfinity Help!
So for the last several months like 6months plus I have been with Century Link. I bought an Ring App no problems. Then one day it stopped working I called the company Ring App they replaced it determining something happened to the Ring Doorbell plus. Great, no problem and it was still under warranty. However when I went to put it back online we could never get it back on line. We tried everything, we could never get it back online. I talked to a tech guy for over an hour and he said that I have to switch to Xfinity that their internet is better. I talked to Century Link and they said I wasn’t on 2.4 so they created a second line for me in my house but it never changed a thing. Between the two companies they kept blaming each other as to why it didn’t work. There is not a thing wrong with the camera it brand new. Now hearing this story on here I think that Century Link is blocking the Ring App and I don’t how they can do that. I need my app for medical reasons and safety. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Everything else in the house works.

Hi @user_f29411. I would recommend going over this Help Center page with other steps to try. If you try these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call once more to further investigate this with you.
