  Hi @user_76383b. Are you the one who set this Ring Chime up? You should be able to view all your Ring devices under the Devices list. If you have multiple locations with Ring devices, ensure you have selected the correct location from the drop-down.

  I have the same issue.  The Axel F theme was in the list of tones for my Chime, but now it’s no longer there.  Was this a special promotion that expired?

  Hi @user_76383b. Not all chime tones are available year-round. Seasonal and holiday related tones are only available during that time of year. Chime tones associated with promotional events are also only available for a limited time.

  Yeah I’ve found this too, paying £8 a month for this and they’ve taken it off, not amused and thought I was going daft!

  I know!!! It was the ring tone I wanted. Now all I can choose from is bells and Christmas stuff, and it's bloody March!!!!
