2nd Gen Chime dead?

Hey App showing 2nd Gen Chime offline Looked at the Chime, no lights Unplugged it plugged it in elsewhere, red light flashed once, but then nothing Nothing wrong with wi-fi, other Ring stuff working, tried resetting, removed Chime from profile - now can’t do anything with it! Any clues? Thanks

    Hi @sausagenmash. The main troubleshooting steps available for a Ring Chime include plugging it into a different outlet, and resetting it by holding down the reset button for 15 seconds. After performing those steps, try walking through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Chime is still not responsive, the next step is to contact our support team for further assistance.
