Please help! My neighbor is blocking my wifi and taking out my cameras!

I need some help from the ring community. I have comcast xfinity wifi and a wifi extender. I live in a single family home. My neighbor is taking down my cameras at random for long periods of time and they eventually come back online by themselves days later until he does it again.I have notified the FCC, but they won't do anything. I have told the police dept, but they won't do anything. I know that wifi jammers and blockers are illegal, but I have a right to my home security. And, I pay for the annual fee, so I can't even use my camera! Please help me. There has to be something I can do.
