I have the above device with dual batteries.  It does not have the red light inside the battery compartment.  I have fully charged two batteries and checked to make sure they are fully charged.  I placed one in compartment 1 and the camera recognizes it and works fine.  The icon shows green fully, the second empty compartment show a battery icon greyed out. If I place another fully charged battery in compartment 2, it does not recognize the charged battery.  The battery 2 compartment still shows a greyed out battery.  This happens to about 3 of the six cameras I have.  Once in a while after numerous attempts I can get up to four working with two fully charged batteries.  I have checked for dirt and cleaned the inside and batteries.  I am hoping someone can assist me with this problem.

    Hi @fdehmel. Make sure both fully charged batteries are properly inserted into the battery hatches. Once you've done that, activate the Live View to force the Device Health page to refresh. If that doesn't resolve this, you can complete a reboot using the reboot option on the Device Health page. If both batteries still aren't being registered, please follow up with our support team to take a closer look.
