Why does Ring cut off the bottom of the camera? That's the most important part because we all check for packages left on our doorstep. Instead the top of the image shows my ceiling which I don't need to see. Please, don't tell me to get those wedges either. FIX THIS PROBLEM RING!!!!

Hi @user_04150. What specific model camera do you have? Can you share a screenshot of your Live View? This will help us take action on your feedback. Some of our devices, like this one here, have Head-To-Toe HD video.
