Wired Floodlight Cam Pro cannot reconnect after talking g with support (no help) and now it shows up as deactivated.
My Floodlight Cam Pro stopped conne connecting to my wifi. I added a second Chime Pro at the advice of Ring support. It still would not connect. I called support again and I was told I would need to press the button on top of the unit like when it was first installed. Well, I am a 74 year old female and don't even have a ladder that tall. Please tell me there is another way to get this working again. I still have the QR code and scan it to start through the steps but I get to the question "is the blue light blinking" and can go no further. I have used my ring products for years and love them BUT it is crazy to think I have to hire someone to come and pushed that button. Please tell me Ringhas a better solution!!!

Hi @user_281735. You can try shutting the power off to your Floodlight Cam for a few minutes and then powering it back on to see if it will then enter setup mode. If it does not enter set mode like that, then you will have to push the setup button on top of the Camera. Once it is in setup mode, you can continue connecting it to your Wi-Fi.
