Where is my refund!?

Why is it taking so long for a refund? I contacted Ring customer service, 30 minutes, was told I can't talk to anyone in the billing department. I then did a chat on Ring and was told to verify my account on Amazon..why? I bought it directly from ring.com! Why couldn't I just generate the code on my ring app? So I verify on my Amazon account, then I'm told to give my order number, again, didn't order from Amazon. So I open ring.com, get the order number. Spent over an hour on chat just to be told they will send a message to billing..just give me my damn refund!!
