Transfer ownership to spouse who is a shared user

I want to Transfer ownership to my spouse, who is a shared user. I don’t need or want to close & reopen the account, just make her the owner so she can own the sensitivity settings . How do I go about that?

Hi @user70001. To make her the Owner of the Ring device rather than a Shared User, you will need to remove the device from your Ring account so she can set it back up under her Ring account. You can follow the steps below to remove a device in the Ring app. 1. Open the Ring app and tap the **three lines (≡)** on the top left. 2. Tap **Devices.** 3. Tap the device that you want to remove. 4. Tap **Device Settings.** 5. Tap **General Settings.** 6. Tap **Remove this Device** on the bottom of the screen. I hope that helps!
