Support phone number Germany
For unknown reasons, the support phone number for Germany does not work: Germany [00 800 87 00 97 81](tel:00 800 87 00 97 81) What is the correct number? I need to contact the support to receive the invoices for the Protection plan. This has been possible through the website integrated chat function earlier - but this function is not available anymore.

Hey @matrix. What happens when you call that number? That number should work for you, as long as you are calling during the operational hours of our UK (and Europe) English phone support, which is available from 6AM-5PM CET, from Monday to Sunday. In addition, as of June 14th, we have brought back chat, which is available from ** 5AM - 9PM PDT. Lastly, German email support is a** vailable at [hilfe@ring.com](mailto:hilfe@ring.com). Let me know what option you're able to use to get that invoice you're looking for!
