Subscription Cancelled but Receiving Emails About Payment

I had cancelled my subscription months ago but I have been receiving these emails saying their attempt to charge my card was unsuccessful. The mail goes onto say to update payment information within three days. The email comes from mail.ring.com domain and the links are directed to links.mail.ring.com. Not sure whether this is a scam or that Ring's system has a bug. And not sure how to handle it. Thanks for any tip. regards

    Hi @user_2a0774. Is it possible you just removed your payment method without fully canceling your Ring Protect plan? I'd recommend logging into Ring.com and following the steps listed here to ensure the plan has been properly canceled. If you're still receiving emails like this, please follow up with our support team. They can take a closer look.
