I’m trying to add a shared user. There is no MANAGE button to select to add a shared user when following the ring steps

Hi @user_2eb3f9. This Help Center page has steps you need to add a Shared User. Also, a Shared User cannot add other Shared Users. The owner account is the only one that can add Shared Users.

I am trying to add my wife. I have sent the invite, but nothing I can find tells what we need to do to accept the invite and set up her account

Hi @Dcook65. Your wife should receive an email with an invite to sign up for a Ring Account. Make sure she checks her spam and junk folders as well if she doesn't see the Ring email in her primary inbox.
