shared access user
I am currrently a shared access user and have access to 2 work cameras. I now want to put cameras at my own home and see these in the app also. When I logged in to the website I was unable to add the plus plan to my existing account ? Do I need my work account owner to temporarily remove my access then sign up to a plan, add my own cameras and then get access back for work cameras after my own is set up ? Thanks for any advice :-)

Hi @KMM1. In order to subscribe to a Ring Protect plan for your location, you'll need at least one device set up on your account first. Do you have any Doorbells or Cameras already set up at your home? If not, that is why you are unable to subscribe to a plan. Once you set up a Doorbell or Camera in the Ring App, you'll be able to subscribe to a Ring Protect plan on the website. I hope that helps! :)
