Sensor not appearing in app
Don’t really know if this is a Mailbox sensor question or app question.Just installed the Ring Mailbox sensor and added it to my Ring app (android). I’ve purchased, installed a number of Ring devices and adding a device to my Ring app automatically adds the device to my wife’s Ring app (iPhone).In my android app I go to Devices, scroll down to ‘Security’ and, under that is Lights, Garage Door, and Mailbox Sensor. On my wife’s iPhone, I scroll down to Security, and below that is Lights and Garage Door. How do I add the sensor to the iPhone app?

@requiredusername. As of right now, Shared Users cannot be given access to Smart Lighting Accessories, of which the Mailbox Sensor is a part. Others have suggested this feature in this Feature Request post; feel free to vote and comment on it there.
