Hi @user_7949fd. Alerts can be toggled on or off in the Ring app. Tap the menu, select Devices, then choose your Ring Doorbell or Security Camera. You should see a Motion Alerts and Ring Alerts (for Doorbells only) toggle that can be turned on or off. Make sure these are toggled on, and check your phone's settings to ensure the Ring app has permission to send notifications.
