Ring Won't Replace Stolen Cameras

Ring won't honor their promise of replacing stolen devices!!I just got off the phone with customer support for more than an hour. This was my 6th call with them in one month. 7 of our cameras were stolen in May 23rd. Police report was filed and we have the proof of purchase. I've filed the stolen devices on Ring.com 5 times. Two of those instances, I had a Ring representative on the line as they guide me through the process. There is just no option to submit the Police report and proof of purchase. We have about 23 cameras and 8 Ring alarm systems at our church. I chose Ring 5 years ago because of their promise to replace stolen devices, given that we provide the police report, proof of purchase or even pictures of the incident. We have all, but there's no way to send it to the theft department or whoever handles stolen device replacements. I feel the same way. It seems Ring just doesn't wanna honor their promise of replacing stolen devices. After 6 phone calls to customer support, some of them lasting more than 1 hour, I've given up. It's always a dead end.
