Ring will not open on my partners new phone at all. It’s asking for verification codes but nothing coming through to verify

Hi @user_cb9ace. If your partner is logging into their Ring account on a new phone, they will be prompted to verify by receiving a two-step verification code to the phone number on file. If their phone number has changed, they may need to contact support to see what options are available.
