Ring Video Recording Subscription

I purchased my Ring Doorbell from Costco on March 7, 2018 and the paperwork that came with it says:"A 30-day trial of Ring Video Recording is included with your purchase of a Ring Video Doorbell. After your trial, **a complementary one year subscription** to Ring Video Recording will begin."So the renewal date should have been April 6, 2019 but I instead I was charged on March 7, 2019, which was 30 days too soon.I couldn't find any way to contact you at the time, so I've allowed the subscription to lapse at this time to give you a chance to correct the problem.
