Ring video not accepted as proof

I posted this in the Ring Doorbell area but no one replied so I am expanding my search for help. Has anyone else encountered a situation where you needed to use Ring doorbell videos as proof for something minor that didn't warrant police involvement? Though if that is the only route, so be it. I'd like to resolve this with FedEX but I suspect they will look for a way to discredit my Ring video. This is where a statement from Ring would help, as it would easily prevent that tactic on the opart of FedEX. Is there a way to prove I haven't deleted any videos?
