Hi just got ring doorbell 2, with free subscription, which doesn't record my videos, so I bought the basic plan, which I've now realised doesn't start for a monthHow do I delete the free trial and still keep my basic plan, so I can have videos stored now , without having to wait a month

Hi @user69483. The [Ring Protect Trial](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061192351-Ring-Protect-Trial-Information) does offer access to video recording. Ring Doorbells do not record continuously, they will record motions, dings, and Live Views. You should then be able to navigate to the Event History to play back an event.
