  Hi @360jonesUK. This is just not possible at the moment. The Ring Alarm system utilizes a specific Z-Wave frequency to allow integration. At the moment, there is not a Smart Door Lock that has the same Z-Wave frequency as Ring and therefore, will not work.

  Please oh please do let me know how you managed to get a z-wave lock connected to UK Ring Alarm. We bought a Yale z-wave lock in the US because we wanted the option of a key as well. We can’t get it to connect to Ring UK for love or money

  Hi @user_0c59b7. As mentioned previously in this thread, Z-Wave devices are region specific and Z-Wave devices from the US will not work in the UK.
