Rich Notifications Broken for Android Wear
Rich notifications no longer work on Android Wear watches. I have the full Ring subscription with alarm monitoring, so I should still get rich notifications, but it appears the new app broke them. Please fix ASAP as Rich notifications are critical for watch notifications being useful.

Your update broke the feature. I pay the full price for the subscription so updates should not break features.

I agree, their update made the picture notifications quit showing up. I have been a paying customer for several years and the wear notifications is what caught my eye about ring. A lot of people can't be on their phones at work, it's easier to look at the picture notifications on our watches. Please fix your software.

Same, rich notifications seem to have broken on Wear OS (Pixel Watch), maybe related to the motion rich notifications now on Android? Other platforms are able to preserve the Wear OS rich notifications, seems like Ring should be able to fix this issue. Thanks.
