Rapid ring setup question
I downloaded the app. My age must be getting the best of me. It says to go to ring and setup the cameras you want to use with rapid. I can't figure out that step. How do I choose the cameras. I choose a cameras and can view thru it but that can't be how's this works? Go thru ring app to use rapid ring Everytime???

So, the Primary User has to authorize you access to their Ring devices by giving you Permission. **Ask the Primary user to check on their phone app** : Main Menu \> Control Center \> on Shared Users select the desired Location "Manage" \> select the Shared User (you)\> and then the Primary User can toggle ON or OFF which Ring Devices you, as a Shared User, will have "App Permission" access to, when you use your login information.If the Primary User forgot to give you access to a specific camera, you will not be able to view it. Hope this helps if you still cannot view on either the Ring App or Ring Rapid App. :)

Hi @Lumen. All users that have devices on their Ring App are able to use Rapid Ring. Just like @Eagle328 said, login to Rapid Ring using the same email and password you are logged into the Ring App with and you'll be able to Live View your devices. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Should just downloaded the app and then sign in to your Ring account. All cams should show up.
