Order # 001-2010171

I placed and order on 10/26/2020 and my order was scheduled to be shipped in 48 hours. The 48 hours cane and went and still no delivery. I called on 11/02/202 because I noticed my order didn’t have a tracking number. I was told by the Ring Rep. that my order will be expedited for delivery on 11/06/2020 and that a higher up Rep. will call me. I called today 11/06/2020 and was told that the package still hasn’t be delivered. I’m writing this as I’m on hold to speak to a supervisor. I was told by the Rep. to have my electrician come today because the order will be here. This company is a fraud, I tried to cancel the order and they said I can’t until my order is delivered.. I paid the electrician once for showing up last week.
